There are like 17 shops in Charlotte, NC, but you only want to go to one of these three.
ACE Tattoos has Rodney Raines. He does some fantastic work.
Cosmic Tattoos has Emily Hefley. She is also fantastic and does it in a friendly manner.
The third is Immortal Images and I don't know anyone there, but they have a reputation for doing good work.

Hailey is the artist to go to at Imortal Images. She is great but has a huge wait list.

i know that y'all are talkin' about charlotte shops but the guy i go to is in hickory. it's artistic pursuit on 70. and he's great. he's real light-handed so there isn't much pain and he makes sure your tat looks good before walkin' out of his shop...def no half-assin' stuff.
