I started the South beach diet on 1/3 and have lost 12 lbs...really was strict in the begining and started walking every day with little exception...I have already made Blaine's zuchinni fritters and that chocolate cake...the frotters were better than the cake, but both were good..I decided that for this thing to work I had to throw out all the junk and spend some money replacing the contents of the refrigerator..so far I really haven't suffered..I just want to commit to the healthy lifestyle for good this time.

I am so happy for you!! Now is the best time to start a low carb lifestyle! There are so many products to make it less of a pain. I have been on & off it for 2.5 years. I still have 35lbs. to loose.(not such a big deal) Total my family has lost 168lbs. (that is only 3 people) Over the years I have learned some tricks that make it easier!! If you hit a stumbling block, Please post, maby I will be able to help. I check the site daily. I love Blaine's approach. Not just a quick fix, but for life!!

Hi I am new to this program and love the show. I missed the beginning and need to know how many carbs a day I can have. I am losing at 60 to 70 at 2 pounds per week. I do exercise and lift weights.
Thanks ahead of time for advice. Dona

I went LC with my wife on 1/5 I tried to hold under 25 carbs the 1st 3 weeks, 35 carbs a day since. I work 12 hour days very active. As of 2/20 I have lost 27 pounds with a goal of 65 pounds by next January. Blaine has inspired me just today, I never had watched his show before.

You Guys are all inspirations to me. To hear stories of success is really cool. But it's the stories about satisfaction that will keep us all on the program.

thanks for watching

Blaine

Just starting watching Blaine on fittv and my daughter caught the show about the Boardwalk fries. I was skeptical but she talked me into buying the ingredients and trying them. Unbelievable! I really couldn't believe how good they were. Now I want all of your recipes! Great show.
