while watching a show tonight they were discussing the effects of an electromagnetic bomb if it was discharged above a large city. first question being would it only effect items plugged in that have power to them, or would it fry everything. as well as the man said people would lose control of there vehicles. i know only certain parts are ran by electronics and do not believe all vehicles would "lose control" as he said.
