Batman or Superman
i like batman more because he is human. not an alien and is not imortal he has to work hard to do what is right to protect Gotham and he is trying to clean up gotham from the evil that took his parents lives

Superman is always cool but he is to much of a god to talk about he is ustopable and abit too powerfull but he is good. abit too good but good.

Batman all the way, Superman has too many powers and looks retarted. Batman looks cool and is just better.

Batman for the win. Did you know that in the first few appearances of Batman he would throw people off of buildings? If I am remembering right he also used a gun once or twice. When Robin was introduced he became the Batman we know of today. He was realy grim in his first few appearances in Detective Comics.

I could never warm up to Supes either. In making him essentially invulnerable, they had to come up with more and more fantastical villains to give him a decent tussle.
Oh, they've tried to humanize him over the years, but Batman is much more human and suffering from all the things that make him the "dark" Knight.

I have to go with Batman as well. I would say he is smarter, has a better education, and more life experience than Superman. He relies on his intellect, wit, and this equipment to survive. And face it he has way cool "toys". He has studied under the masters of various trades. He has perhaps a dark side about him, and he is human. He does not rely on a super-natural power, it comes from with in.

Batman and Superman got into a fight once in Justice League. Batman won; he always has a way of figuring out any situation. He may have had Kryptonite weapons, but I don't think so (if he did it'd be a pretty nasty cheap shot, in my opinion).
