Mike Rowe is the host/creator of the DC show Dirty Jobs. Monday's, it's awesome.
He could totally come on the show and do a Dirty Job segment where he cleans up after they blow up a pig or something. How hilarious would that be? I have a feeling he'd get on Jamie's nerves and get a little fresh with the female build team member (is her name still a hot word?)

Mike Rowe is too busy trying to take over the world. Have you noticed how many narrations he does? I love him for it!

Mike also narrates most of the Deadliest Catch shows. But I noticed the new episodes had someone else narrating.
I like Mike and often watch Dirty Jobs but I don't see him as a Mythbuster and really, other than publicity, see no reason he should be on Mythbusters.

Doesn't he also narrate American Chopper?
He's funny, and his voice is good.

i'm not so sure about this idea. adam, jamie, and the build team don't get enough dirty material to work with.

He's really funny when he is suprised or something happens to him on the show. I love watching his bloopers. Yeah, I agree, he should go on MB. Dirty Jobs - Mondays @ 9:00

Been suggested before, still doesn't excite me. What's he going to add that the show lacks now? More dumb jokes? More messup?

Ever see when one show has some story line, and then the next show on the same channel continues the story line? That's what comes to my mind as I read some of the comments here. Anyway, Mike is probably too busy. But for those of you who only know Mike from DJ or DC, check out his softer side: http://discovery.blogs.com/mike_rowe_answers/ Scroll down to the entry dated May 20, 2008 Cindy

I think it would be interesting if he went on the show and worked with the interns and build people that you don't normally see on the show. Seeing what they actually are doing on any given day instead of just seeing speed-up footage of the builds and the resulting explosions would be kinda cool.
And I would like to know how they clean up after a myth.

If we're going to have a guest, I'd much rather see Bill Nye the Science Guy.

I'm not convinced the two shows are compatible. It might be better to leave the Mythbuster show alone and then have Mike Rowe interact with them as he does what needs to be done on Dirty Jobs afterwards.

Mr. Wizard (Don Herbert) is dead. But you can still buy reruns of the old show. http://www.mrwizardstudios.com/I just don't know what Mr. Wizard or Bill Nye have to do with Mike Rowe. But if you enjoy Mike's dry sense of humor, check out the "Pig on a Pedestal" outtakes.
