Even you think of yourself as a genius... this will mess with your head
3 men go into a motel. The man behind the desk said the room is $30, so each man paid $10 and went to the room. A while later the man behind the desk realized the room was only $25, so he sent the bellboy to the 3 guys' room with $5. On the way the bellboy couldn't figure out how to split $5 evenly between 3 men, so he gave each man $1 and kept the opther $2 for himself. This meant that each man paid $9 each for the room, which is a total of $27m, add the $2 that the bellboy kept=$29. So where is the other dollar?
I thought if anyone could figure this out that it would be you guys!!!

There is no "missing dollar".
The math is presented wrong, to create confusion. You don't add the $2 to the $27, you subtract it.
Total paid by men: $27.
Cost of room: $25
Bellboy kept the $2 difference.
Or, if you really need to stick with the original $30...
$30 - $3 refunds - $25 cost of room = $2 the Bellboy stole.

Here is a puzzle along similar lines. Though I doubt anyone here will fall for it.
I have a problem with english, as you all know, so I have a grammatical problem for you,
is it, 7 times 7 IS 45 or 7 times 7 ARE 45

There is three errers in this sentence.
There ARE three ERRORS in this sentence. (One of the errors is the fact there are only two.)

Yes but the second you realise that the lack of a third error is the third error the sentence has three errors and so the lack of an error isn't an error, as the lack of an error isn't an error there are only two errors and the lack of an error becomes an error. that goes on for ever and becomes a temporal paradox.

Let me rephrase.
One of the errors is the statement is incorrect. There are TWO errors in that sentence, not three.
Better?
Nit picker.

But, Galaktia, we're only enumerating the mistakes... not correcting them... if they were being corrected, the sentence should read "There are no errors in this sentence". And yes... Error 1: Grammar... "There are...", not "There is..." Error 2: Spelling... "error", not "errer" Error 3: Counting... "two", not "three"

Maybe a bit of a stretch... but I like this.
Take all of the the letters from the following word:
"New Door"
using these letters you can create an anagram by making one word. What is it?

Here's one.
There is a bus with seven girls on it, each girl has seven bags, each bag has seven cats, each cat has seven kittens.
How many legs are on the bus?
