Men's Journal is going to do a Q&A with Adam and Jamie about their participation in Discovery Channel's "Shark Week" this year as well as the upcoming season premiers of "MythBusters" - and they need our help.

What do they need help with? Questions, of course! They need some really great Shark questions for our Myth Busting Duo!

Here's some examples of what we're looking for...
1.) What's your favorite shark movie?
2.) What do you do to prepare for Shark Week?
3.) Which shark myth are you most excited about?

With that out of the way... here's your reward! A sneek peek at the topics for MythBusters Shark Week episode!

Peeper penetration - does poking a Great White Shark in the eye really work?
Animal magnetism - are sharks attracted to magnets in the water?
Flapping fish - does flapping/splashing in the water really attract sharks?

In addition those the Build team will also be testing the following:
The Shining - are sharks attracted to shiny things?
Playing dead - will it keep sharks away?

i dont really like shark movie and i dont prepare for shark week. I do want to know if it is possible like in the movies for a shark to cut through a boat with its fin. I would love to see this on the show!

I have a couple.

Having been Scuba diving many times I have heard of all the ideas that MM posted. I've also been close to many sharks from Lemon sharks to Hammerheads. Never had any trouble with them. The rumor that any electrical aura in the water attracting sharkes strikes me as testable. I just checked and I'm just a bit shy of 9/10s of a DC volt today. grab your multimeter, on DC mv, one lead to each index finger, and see if you are alive! If we do give off an "aura" would it carry further in fresh or salt water?

Question for Jamie and Adam:

What has been your scariest shark encounter?

What sort of extra precautions do you need to take when working with animals?

What shark myth you guys always wanted to do that hasn't been done yet?

do sharks really pprefer human blood?

I guess if I asked 'what type of shark scares you most?' the answer would be the great-white.

So instead I'll ask 'After the great-white what types of shark scare you most?'

Were you ever intimidated be the sharks you shotr ariund during shark week and any other time you were around them?

What is your favorite type of shark?
Since Jamie loves scuba diving, I thought he in particular might have one.

Can you catch a shark with a crappie jig and if so can the zebco 33 get him in the boat?

Has Adam solved his little 'seasick' problem?

My favorite shark movie was Jaws.

well since i haven't thought of anything(except for sharks) i have a few things for shark

1) what type of clothing(including medival chain mail and plate) can stop a shark bite
2) can a row boar out run a shark
3) can you ripe out a sharks gills and make it sufficate
