I think I read that one a long time ago, and it was attributed to Rockefeller. He might not have been the first to say it, though.
"War is to man what maternity is to woman. From a philosophical and doctrinal standpoint, I do no believe in perpetual peace." A. Benito Mussolini B. Czar Nicholas III C. William T. Sherman D. Genghis Khan
That must be something like A: Benito Mussolini that sounds much like him or it also might be Czar Nicholas III. Here is a quote that I found over the internet that I found it so true to life that I decided to post in here so that everyone would read it. I also want to know your opinion about this quote that, we see a lot of things on the movies that people seem to distorned from reality to believe in fantasy. Take for example the swarm of myth on the board about curving bullet ? “Movies are one of the bad habits that corrupted our century. Of their many sins, I offer as the worst their effect on the intellectual side of the nation. It is chiefly from that viewpoint I write of them -- as an eruption of trash that has lamed the American mind and retarded Americans from becoming a cultured people.” A: Charles Chaplain B: Mark Twain C: Ben Hecht D: Rusell Baker E: Kurt Vonnegut I: Tom Sharpe

First, I agree with you that the previous quote was probably by Mussolini.
As to your quote, I would guess Kurt Vonnegut.
