The first thing you should do is use the FIND feature to see if the subject is being discussed somewhere else. If it is, please add to the existing discussion as that helps the researchers.

Second, if it's sexual in nature - it's going to be removed.

Third, you get better feedback if you write intelligently and use proper grammar and spelling. This helps others understand where you're coming from.

hey guys, i am wanting to tells this for awhile, but just now figured out how. anyway, there was a show awhile back the the mythbuster guys got it wrong. they used the wrong type of car. it was the show i think it was called 'the car catipolte' where the front side of the drive shaft fell on the pavement, hit a hole, car is supposed to flip. the guys kept ripping the rear end out instead of flipping the car. they used a 'leaf' spring style car. that was wrong, they should have used a 4 bar link rear end, like a chevy chevelle, monte carlo, ford crown victoria etc. those would not rip the rear end out as easy. thus causing the car to flip end over end. i have seen this happen twice with these cars. and for the guys to say it was impossible to happen and the myth was busted, was wrong, they never explored all the options. it is not a myth, it does happen. thx, jerry

fishinguy, go to the top of the page, hit the FIND button and type in a descriptive title of your myth. Join one of the discussion about your myth. If there are NO results, then pick a forum (human body, weapons, transportation, etc.) and post your idea.

I have a question about a possible problem with the board software.

In the "Water Cooler" there is a thread called "senior member?" posted by "mbwatcher". He says that he just recently joined (12/21/07 apparently) but his "Registered" date says "01-22-05".

He posted a copy of his registration confirmation letter that has the 12/21/07 date on it.

I just wondered whether it was a "one time" error with the date, or if the software is inadvertantly releasing old names without clearing the old data. Of course, mbwatcher could just be playing a joke, but it doesn't seem that way.

I just thought you'd want to know about this.
