I just saw the episode "Cooling a Six-Pack". After seeing it I was very relieved. My method of chilling soda(using salt water and ice" was effective. However, it got me thinking. What could I do to make a better method of cooling the soda at my parties?? So I decided to use my DIY spirit to invent a perfect chilling device. It works wonderfully, chilling the soda to exactly 38 degrees in just under 2 and a half minutes. Now I'm wondering if anybody can make a better device than mine. So my idea is this: The Mythbusters host a Six-Pack Cool-Off. This is basically the Archimede's Burn-Off, but they change the goal to chilling a Six-Pack with the most efficient design. What do you guys think of my idea???

I was wondering, what is faster, to cool, can or bottles, and what type of cooler works best, foam or plastic.

The best strategy is to plan a party and prepare everything before the party starts!

Is this a "BYOB" party or are you going to supply the (warm) drinks?

Or just move to the UK. Then you can use a stove or a camp-fire to adjust the temperature of the beer pretty quickly!
Could it be that the soldiers using gasoline were in fact UK soldiers?

I have a method that chills a can at a time. Take a container/icebox in your freezer;lay a can in it on its side; and roll it for two minutes. You then have a cold can of beer/pop. Very effective and doesnt waste a lot of salt.
