Before you yell Find I know its in another thread , I'm moving it to the better group for notice.
We don't like myths being ruined by the coming-up parts of the show before adverts and at the very beginning.
Please spend the time showing stuff we won't see in the rest of the episode and take more care that the announcers script doesn't ruin the myth before it is shown.
I hope other members of the forum will post to support this like a petition, please respond if you change or don't change the show format.
I don't think that there are "multiple" threads on these recent spoilers in question... and the most recent Water Cooler thread complaining about this specific topic was deleted due to "other" conversation. (Also, the conversation that the OP is referring to is in an inappropriate section - so he's just trying to be helpful.)
To clarify what the OP is suggesting here (from what I gather), is that the newest complaints aren't really about the "Up Next" previews... they are more about this:
"Please do not SPOIL the myth RESULTS in your previews".
Which is a totally legitimate complaint / suggestion.
MB has always been one of my favorite shows , but i always either mute it and look away or pause it and wait for it to get ahead (on a dvr) and skip the previews. the only thing i would work on is spoilers in the previews... happy busting and God bless!!!
Shows air later in Canada, so last night I saw the duct tape episode for the first time.
As I recall, the intro showed this:
- The question if duct tape could lift a car ...along with the footage of the car being lifted by the duct tape
- The question if using duct tape could patch a 'wet' boat ...along with the footage of them in the sinking boat after their attempts to patch it
- The question of being able to build a boat with duct tape ...along with some footage of them sailing a duct tape boat
LOL
I guess the upside to such spoilers in the intro is that I can freely switch to another network without worrying about missing too much. Keep up the great work guys (editors?), as I'm sure the other channels appreciate all the ratings they can get.
