Did you remove a post called " water bed " in science and myth questions, because I went to back up to log in and reply , and it vanished .

I wanted to tell "Tipping Spotted Cow" that there was already a news story on the net about an exploding water bed that was discussed here many times already .

Furthermore , he really , really , really does not want me to divulge the online meaning of "Cow painting " , which if I wanted to, I already would have .

To answer Greg , because I am not clicking on that thread, no I am not OK.

I was stuck at viewing the forums at 9:15 am for an eternity after clicking on that thread .

Somebody here other than the forum mods has the ability to alter forum settings and a bit more .

I constantly end up with a darker screen after clicking on some threads , unable to view some poster who are on ignore, even though I did not Ignore them , getting trapped between pages and having to cycle back through the links and other general internet nonsense nobody should have to endure .

I do not seem to be allowed to alter my forum prefs either , so self repair is out too.

This is an extreme inconvenience, I guess I am not such a huge fan that I need this kind of aggravation.

The problem lies with the internet as a whole , everyone wants to spy on everyone and nobody really wants to fix exploits permanently , that being said the only way to survive on the net anymore is to be a hack and hack back.

Since my abilities in this field are not as good as my younger counterparts I cannot compete and I will be hanged before I sit here and struggle with it all day anymore .

My neighborhood parasite is going to be out of luck as well , I intend to switch this computer off walk over and pull the plug off my router .

I think also I have been followed over by some enemies of mine from a game site that also could care less who they hurt , I hope the law catches up with the internet soon. Possibly some international laws so no one can hide behind jurisdiction any longer , that would be great.

This mode of communication is flawed , the people who designed it are mostly corrupt , I think if an honest man ever wants to make a place in this world and some money building an entirely different internet on a different system might actually work.

Step one would be not hiring any programmers at all .

There are two "reply" buttons: The yellow "quick reply" doesn't offer any formatting options. The blue one does. Unless it's not working.

How can anyone be shure that the Myth Busters are interested in investigating his post? Any notifications like "you are the chosen one"?

Other than just watching the episodes to see if your idea ever comes up, the Mythbusters generally don't give out credit, as it's probably very difficult to tell which ideas are 'original' thoughts.

Although, according to some members, they supposedly gave out credit at least one time. However, nobody could ever quote the name of the credited, so maybe that's a "myth" on its own... just kidding .
