Hi everyone! And welcome on board mythmod! I've been hangin' around this forum now for quite a while so I guess I'm classed as one of the "old timers". I'm a 60 year old kid, so I guess I'm classed as an old timer in real life too.

I've worked for various industrial manufacturing companies over the years in Engineering departments as an Electrical Engineer, Software Engineer, and Industrial Controls Engineer. I am now self-employed and own a small company that repairs X-ray equipment (hence, the screen name). I love science in general, and physics and electronics specifically. I've played around with Tesla Coils, X-ray generation equipment (of course!), ultrasonics, microwave equipment, and a few other dangerous but FUN gadgets.

I have a weird sense of humor, so I tend to joke around a bit, as many of you already know. I really enjoy the MythBusters, and I'm fairly certain that I have seen every episode since the very first one. Keep 'em coming guys!

Venison jerky is good, but like Rocky Mountain Oysters and baked beans, one should have a spray can of room freshener handy a few hours later!

Good Morning, World! I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in. I find that it's so dark in here that I can't seem to find those funny little pointy paper cups that you can't set down anywhere and get all soggy after about 10 minutes.

Don't worry I have some of those red plastic party cups that you can use all day, and then throw away, (after crushing them with that nice crackling sound)
