The man who helped me get the autographs once asked if I had heard something on the radio news, I told him that the the only thing on the local radio was what the Gov't wanted me to hear. He told me to listen to a new independent radio station. I did. And my radio right now is playing that station. As of this moment, whoever is down there just went from " What's it all about, Alfie, to "Don't know much about history. Don't know much about biology...." I just wanted to pop in and say I'm a huge fan of M.B.s but I was deeply pained by Jamie's lack of understanding concerning the corked bat. He stated that it makes the bat lighter and that if the player fells he has a "magic" bat, than he will succeed. The corked bat physics are that the wood has a degree of take and give as the ball hits it. By adding a material that takes more from the pitch, being that it is cork, it is able to give more in return. I do not suggest that the myth is true, just that I was disappointed in Jamie's lack of seeing the obvious.

Not certain, but I think someone spilled a jar of chees-whiz. Speaking of cheese, what is that green, furry thing on the lower shelf of the fridge? I'm afraid to touch it!

I didn't realize cheez-whiz came in Limburger flavor.

Oh, and I think the green, furry thing used to be the box of baking soda. Remember when some of the gang from the Oogie Boogie board wanted to borrow the fridge for a couple of days to store their alien autopsy evidence?

We can only expect so much from Arm & Hammer. I'll pick-up a new box (maybe 2) when I go to get the steam cleaner.
