Although the Shroud of Turin has been a highly debated authentic finding, they did seem to get
some weak DNA strands showing a male and a blood type of AB from it. Other evidence showed soil and
pollen similar to the region that Jesus, first tomb was suppose to be near. Now that the second burial place has possibly been uncovered (Jesus Family Tomb), can there be any crossreferencing of DNA, soil sampling or anything else to possibly strengthen both of these findings?

And if the MTDNA was tested on two of the burial boxes, has it, or will it be released to the
public? What are the MTDNA sequence numbers?
Have the DNA markers been ran through any databases to find living matches?
