Hi. I noticed a couple of the spoofs were on the commericals for the special, but not on the show.

I think one key one was the "survivorman-north carolina wilderness" spoof.

Anyone else think its funnier than the survivorman ones they aired? Plus, why was it on the commerical and not the show?

Around 2/3rds of the spoofs featured on the website in their entirety were not shown for more than a second or two in the commercials and in television show itself.

In the end, the majority of the parodies that were prominently featured in the "You Spoof Discovery" television show relied mostly on wacky visual gags and broad, over-the-top humor. I believe this was so that they could easily cut short segments out while Mike Rowe narrated over them.

Luckily, all of the shows featured on the website are viewable in their entirety.
