We have a 2.5 yr old Lab/terrier? mix rescued at 8 weeks old. As he matures, he has become increasingly strange. He is afraid of Everything. Lights, sounds, bikes, children, strangers, wind, cold, rain - you name it. Unless its a route known to him for years, he wont walk. He barks at everything all day long. Any advice?
