I am worried about my Corgi puppy. I won't be able to get her to a doctor till tomarrow, but she was playing with the rat poison. I am worried that she ate some. I have an insurance policy, so I am not worried about the money part. What should I do until tomarrow?

Is there an Emergency Vet Clinic anywhere near you? If there is you could take her there.

Wait are you calling there? If its an emergency clinic you shouldn't have to call. I would just go.

If you think she actually ate some of the rat poison get her to a vet immediately! This isn't something that can wait until morning or even for a few hours.

Agreed. Poison isn't something to wait until morning to take care of. A good vet will open up shop for something like that. A fee will apply, but if money isn't a problem for you, call immediately.

Agreed with what the posters here have already said. Take her to the vet ASAP! Katie had this same problem when she was just a few weeks old. i took her to the vets right after it happened and they were able to get it out before it even had a chance to get into her system. This needs to be tended to as soon as possible cause a puppy can die from eating rat poison! Eek So don't wait another second!!! If there's an emergency clinic nearby, I'd go as soon as I could.
