I had a horrible horrible nightmare!

I dreamed I tried to log on here but I couldn't find the site and then someone told me it didn't exist any more because animal planet didn't exist any more! They were getting rid of it!

Boy was I glad when I woke up :P

ROFL! I don't know what I would do if this place was gone.
I suppose it beats my dreams though- people and animals tend to die in them and they can be pretty random. The other night I had one where some old lady passed out, and when she woke up she screamed, "I love making gingerbread!" and then died. Roll Eyes Of course it's not nearly as bad as others, seeing as I don't know who that lady was, but I've had several dreams where Casey or Carley die, and those just freak me out. I don't think Casey has much time left, she just seems to be falling apart anymore. And I think Carley may be starting to grey, and she's only three! I think I need a puppy, want to send me Sugar?

NOOOOOOo Sugar is my baby!

Even though she is highly obnoxiuos right now ><

You can have my sister's dog copper. the poor thing has been locked on the back porch since it tore up the linoleum in their kitchen o.0;;

Gee, maybe if they'd at least taken the time instead of treating it like a stuffed toy... at least suger's destructive nature only invovles plastic cups! (I have since carefully inspected every square inch of my house and rid it of razor blades) >.>

Animal Planet is an entire TV station. Not just a show or website. Smile

My horrible nightmare involved the whole station!

Fine with me- as long Copper's a puppy. I want some puppy breath! I have the rest of the summer to sit at home and I'm in need of a challenge.
It would be a nightmare for me if just the forum was gone. I love the people here and I don't think I belong to another forum with anyone on here. This is the site that changed my views on multiple things and I've learned so much. I would hate to lose you guys.

Copper is Sugar's sister. But Copper is half the size of Sugar.

See the problem with poor Copper is that my sister's kid is o nly 4, and they let her treat it like it's a stuffed toy and not an actual living thing. She tries to carry it around and if they don't let her she starts screaming hysterically like she is dying. It's a horrifying sound, but instead of making her mind or teaching her anything about "it's a real animal" they just let her treat Copper like she's a toy.

The child tries to carry copper around so much Copper can't go potty like a normal dog and winds up wetting on the child so they smack the dog. The dog is so "untrained" and so "annoyed" by all this that she now tries to bite (not just mouth, but actual attacking) the child every time it sees her coming.

Then they ignore it for long hours of the day. They locked it in the kitchen and do not give it any toys. In sheer boredum, Copper shredded the lineoluem in the kitchen. They had to replace the floor themselves, and instead of actually training her not to do that, they now have her locked on the back porch (which is NOT covered btw) and are considering taking her and "dumping her away from the house" and telling the child that the dog ran away.

That's awful! Have you considered giving them addresses of no-kill shelters in your area? I'm sure with the right training she would really thrive. Poor baby. Frown
I really think that dog safety should be something to be covered in schools (even though your neice isn't in school yet). I honestly don't see why they don't teach it when kids are in contact with dogs almost every day.

Do you have to be so RUDE all of the time? It was just something funny that happened, no need to comment if you aren't going to be nice.

I agree with erl1391, do you have to be rude like that? Some people might have stuff going on and find that to add on to their issues of why you are so rude. Like me right now, my new pom puppy is battling parvo and is critical. Having people be rude even if it isnt to me is still not nice. It can upset those who are upset already.
