The person who started this post was obviously trying to start something b/c that person has not responded to anyone. So let's just stop posting here. (not to be bossy, you can do whatever you want!!) :-)

She just meant to spay and neuter unwanted pets and pets people that can't take care of puppies. It also cuts down on unwanted puppies.

Of course not every single dog has to be spayed/neutered. But the majority of dogs and cats should be. It's irresponsible to breed animals for the sake of having a "puppy/kitty experience" because it adds to the millions of already homeless animals.
