On November 8 our little Princess would be 5 years old. She has touched so many of our hearts with her kindness and unselfish love. In honor of her, there are chat rooms on GoogolMeHere.com for all her fans to discuss her life, trials, tribulations and how much we miss her "Mona Lisa Smile". Thursday Nov 8th just go to the chat room and speak to other Mozart Lovers. Members just log into your account. It is a private site so to get in, just put Mozarts email in the invitation part on the home page, as she is inviting you. Her email is MozartWhisker@aol.com and you can get in. Hope to see you there!

You can definitely count me in for our Mozart.

Even though I'm going for a 2nd epidural in my neck that morning, as soon as I get home I'll be logged in to wish our darling kat a happy birthday, no matter how much pain I'm in.

Hopefully the site will be fixed by then considering that it took me 3 hours yesterday and the entire afternoon today to get logged in.

I know that I will be there, just wondering around what time are most people going to be on? I won't be able to get there until around 2ish..is that too late?

Remember that it is not on the Discovery forums. It is on www.GoogolMeHere.com As far as the time goes, just log on whenever you get a chance. I am guessing that most people will not be on until the evening since most people work and will go on their free time.
See you there..........

Meerkata: If you can, please say Happy Birthday to precious little Mozart for me. I will be in Vegas on the 7th and will return on the 9th. So, I will not be able to visit the site. I will be thinking about her and what joy she brought into our lives. Happy 5th Brithday, little Mozart....

Janelle

You bet I will definitely give our sweet kat birthday whishes and hugs from you.

I wish I was going to Vegas rather than having an epidural. I went last year and had a blast, if you have the chance to see LaReve at the Wynn I would highly recommend it. One of the best Vegas shows I've ever seen.

Last year when I went unfortunately we stayed at the Stratosphere and the room was terrible. Plus it was too hard getting up and down the strip unless you took a cab, so hopefully you picked a hotel closer to the action like New York New York, or Treasure Island. This way you in the middle of the excitement.

Next time I go I plan on staying at the Bellagio or the Wynn, those seem to be on the upper end when it comes to rooms.

Again today was a nightmare trying to get in, hopefully this gets fixed so that you don't have to keep deleting cookies before logging in each and every time.

We will then just roam around and eat...lol...anyway, glad to see you back on here. I am afraid to log off, so I will keep this on and hopefully it will not lock up on me....hope everything goes ok with your Dr. visit....

Yep I finally made it in but who knows for how long. This thing is so slow since they did whatever updates they did.

New York New York is a real nice hotel, they have a great restaurant in there the name fails to come to my brain right now. I think my brain is fried out from this site or should I say from trying to get on this site.

I too am afraid to log off, which isn't a problem until tonight when I have to because my computer goes through my phone line.

But until then some catching up is in order.

Great to see that your sign on is the same with only the addition of a 1 at the end. On Saturday I couldn't believe how many different sign ons it showed you as sure case of Sybil going on there.

Yes,I think we counted about 12 different ones. AND when I was logged off for 2 hours my name kept changing, so you know someone was having fun with our site at our expense.

Meerkata,

Wow, only took one try to get logged in tonight but will stay logged in for the evening just in case.

Googolmehere.com is the chat site I mentioned. I am already a member so I will be there Thursday night to celebrate our Mozart's birthday. Will probably see you there.

You know, we have several things in common aside from our great love of Mozart. I too have never married. (not that I don't like men...I do) I just never could find the right one as I was just too picky when I was young and now I fear its too late.

Lost my Mom when I was 22 and my Dad married a horrible woman. He was miserable so I told him to come live with me as my sister wouldn't have lifed a finger to help him. Unfortunately, he got alzheimers and we had to put him in a home. There was no way I could work and take care of him and could not afford a private nurse. He passed away in 1992.

And, although not nearly as severe as your problem I have a problem with my neck. The atlas will not stay in place and I am constantly going in to get it put back. Causes a lot of pain in my neck, head, back and left arm. Also, my left hand goes numb. Its just so much fun to be getting old and falling apart. ha, ha.

Missshakespeare

Sorry to hear about the loss of both of your parents, thank God I still have my dad but I definitely know the feeling of not getting any help what so ever from my sister or brother.

I'm glad that I own a home large enough so it was too much trouble having him move in with me.

I too was very picky when it came to men in my younger years but now I'm somewhat content in being single. Family gatherings are a bit tough but I don't have the headaches that the married ones have.

Kinda sad when I'm only 45 yet I'm falling apart the way that I am. It makes it even tougher when my company is trying to deny it ever happened. What's really funny is they did finally send me to one of their doctors and I guess they didn't like what he wrote in his report because now they wont pay him, he had the nerve to send me a bill.
Hopefully everything will go ok without any complications since the doctor said that in rare cases it can cause an infection, bleeding paralysis and even death just to name a few of the complications. Great thing to be thinking about as they are shoving a needle near your spinal cord.

But I will definitely be on the board once I get home on Thursday. I wouldn't miss wishing our beautiful Mozart a happy birthday and talking with others about her and her life for nothing.

I'm afraid to log off, too! I have missed being in the burrow!

meerkata, my thoughts and prayers will be with you for your upcoming trip to the doctor!

and christopher, have a great time in Vegas! I love Cirque du Soliel, I got to see Saltimbanco recently and it was amazing. You'll have to tell us about Ka.

Thanks again for the information about Mozart's Celebration. What a wonderful and special meerkat she was.

Thank you so much for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers, the more the better in my book.

Since I can't get a ride I will have to be awake for it and the doctor said this one will be tougher than the 1st because they will have to go in and put dye in there and take an xray to make sure that it's going where they want it to. Then he'll go back and do the actually epidural.
Since I've already had one and know how much it hurts the doctor said this will be twice as painful. But it's nothing compared to the pain that poor Mozart must have felt when she was grabbed by that raptor. So I'll just suck it up and deal with it the best that I can, and pray that the needle doesn't hit something that it shouldn't.

Strength and indurance 2 things I've learned from our Mozart and I'll keep those things in mind during the epidural.

Mozart your are missed more than we can put into words, be we will take comfort in knowing that your offspring will carry on your legacy.

Once again my post got bumped hopefully it'll show up later, but in the meantime thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

Every little bit helps and knowing that so many on this board will be praying for me to get through this is truly appreciated.
I'm sure my pain will be nothing in comparison to what Mozart went through.

luvthemeerkats:

I also have seen Saltimbanco back in 1993. It was wonderful. I also have seen Mystere...now I will see Ka in Vegas. Corteo is here in L.A. but I have not gone yet. I would also like to see O but one is enough.

Meerkata:My thoughts and prayers will be with you with your Dr. appt.

Meerkat053:Just saying hi....take care of everyone for me while I am gone....especially our little Mozart!

Thank you for that. I am going with my friend Paula. My husband is staying home with the kids...dog named Boo, cat named Peggy and my cat who thinks he is a dog/meerkat, Sammie. Sammie stands on his hind legs when he is given a treat. I am not kidding. I have pictures. He is just a little love. Very much a people person. Loves to sit on my lap in the evening and sleeps beside me at nite. Peggy could care less, unless there is food around.

what a great idea Cinderella...
I have watched every re-run of Three Degrees Of Separation, and The Graduate I could..just so I can see as much of our sweet Mozart as I can.
I am still grieving and so sad over her loss.

sorry to change the subject..I haven't been able to get on for days. except for a short time a few nights ago..then ..back to not being able to get on.
This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. This is "DISCOVERY"..wouldn't you think they'd be able to build a web site that actually works? Sorry for venting. But it still isn't working properly..
anyway...this is the only place I can come to express my feeling of sadness over Mozart. It's been very frustrating.

If I am able to join the live chat..I hope I am welcome.

Meerkata..I hope everything goes well for you.
Christopher..keep safe and have a great time in Vegas.

yes, meerkata, do feel well! sorry i missed this one. nice to see you all here.

and sorry about your parents, misshakespeare, too.

ziggy, i have watched every rerun, too. everyone is welcome to the live chat, i am sure. not sure if i will make it, but lit a candle for Mozart. i agree with you that they picked a terrible time to go down--didn't they know there would be a gazillion Mozart mourners? i would be willing to copy all the posts for Mozart from the Episode chat but not sure if they would allow that, plus it might confuse people. Still, i'm still thinking that she almost made it back from a family dying off due to illness (not her fault)--almost made it back to start another family, another mob. Plus look at Sophie, already. hopefully they will show us a lot of her children--egads, it's cryin time again.

ah well, have fun, christopher--i've seen cirque de soleil and i love them--Ka, huh? is that after the Stephen King series about the gunslinger? (dark tower--not gory but more like a quest.)

Yes, Everyone is welcome to the Live Chat. Although it is a Private site, the info on how to get into the site and join (FREE) is at the top of this board. Just use MozartWhisker@aol.com as the email address on the invite section. Go to the Happy Birthday Princess Mozart chat room, if that room is full at the time, just go to another Meerkat Chat room. We have over 250 members from just Meerkat Fans alone.
Have Fun!
See you all there.

christopher9691- That's probably the best way to see Vegas with a friend....that's funny about your cat..I have ten cats and they all think that they are half human/half meerkat..they stand on two legs and look around like the meerkats it's so funny and I have one dog that thinks she's a cat!! My babies love to sleep with me at night...Thank gosh I don't have a significant other, otherwise he would be on the floor...it gets crowded!!

Janelle

I got your email, it took me forever to remember his password. When I respond to you it will be from my personal email address, whay I type in the RE field will let you know that it's me.

Ziggy and trazom4

Thank you so much for your thoughts on my up and coming procedure, in fact they were calling me this afternoon to preregister me which is why it took me so long to get online.

I was able to log in with my 1st try but last night before I logged off I deleted cookies again. So I'm not sure if they fixed the problems are what I did last night is what got me in so quick today.

Although mine still seems to be awfully slow going from thread to thread or trying to post a reply.

I will be there for sure Thursday and will bring with me the well wishes of Janelle aka Christopher9691.
